Refunds and Exchanges

All product returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of invoice and purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

A 15% restocking fee and a 5% credit card transaction fee will be charged for all returned or exchanged items.

The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Items that are opened, damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

A refund or exchange may be processed in store once a sales representative has received and inspected that the product is unopened and undamaged.

Non-refundable items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Tools and goods such as adhesive, glue, wax, blades, drill bits, polish pads, etc. cannot be returned.

Late or missing refunds

If you have yet to receive a refund that has already been processed, please check with your bank and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the funds are officially posted.
